At LifeWays being transparent means being honest and open. At its core LifeWays intends to establish trust and goodwill by building and preserving our reputation for integrity, high ethical standards, and accountability through open and honest communication.

Corporate Social Responsibility

LifeWays believes it is part of its social responsibility to give back to its community whenever possible and that a strong community that works together is vital to all public service agencies.

In FY 19, LifeWays supported the community with $6,913.55 in sponsorships for local community events and organizations.

Corporate Compliance Program

LifeWays believes that integrity is one of the cornerstones of who we are and everything we do.

Our Corporate Compliance Program has been developed to assist LifeWays in understanding and following the laws, regulations, professional standards and ethical commitments that apply to our mission.

Key components of our Compliance Program include:

  • Education on applicable laws, regulations, and standards of conduct.

  • Compliance oversight, consultation, and resources for our staff and contracted network providers.

  • Investigations of suspected non-compliance and, if necessary, recommending performance improvement and corrective action.

  • Recovering Medicare/Medicaid funds paid for services that were improperly or fraudulently made.

Because LifeWays values your trust, we encourage anyone who receives services, is associated with us, and even members of the public, to report issues or concerns of suspected non-compliance.  Reports are treated confidentially and can also be made anonymously.  LifeWays prohibits retaliation in any form against an individual who reports issues or concerns in good faith.

Here are ways to report issues or concerns of suspected non-compliance:
