This 1-hour training reviews the mental health spectrum, how mental health affects our aging and pathological signs of aging, neurodegenerative disorders (such as dementia), redefining independence, and ways we can slow down or mitigate changes to our mind and body.
Adult + Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED
Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
This course teaches students to recognize and respond to emergencies, including burns, injuries, sudden illnesses, and breathing or cardiac issues. It covers care for all ages. Successful completion provides a two-year American Red Cross certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED. The cost is $100.
Sextortion
This training is educational tool for youth, parents, caregivers, and teachers. This presentation will teach participants how to identify sextortion, risk factors, and preventative measures for potential targets. We will provide parents, caregivers, and teachers conversation starters to aide them in having open communication with the youth in our communities regarding sextortion and online safety.

Suicide: Prevention + Postvention - Virtual
This 1-hour virtual training reviews the components of effective suicide prevention, teaches how to perform a suicide risk assessment, and explores suicide postvention. Postvention is a response to suicide in a community and aims to promote healing and mitigate the negative effects of exposure to suicide.
Hope + Help Begins with Us
This 1-hour training discusses the prevalence of suicide, reviews risk and protective factors, explores warning signs, teaches attendees how to facilitate a suicide risk assessment, and reviews questions to ask someone considering suicide.

Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders: IDENTIFICATION + INTERVENTION
Fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASDs) are a group of conditions that can occur in a person who was exposed to alcohol before birth. These effects can include physical problems and problems with behavior and learning. This training will help to identify FASDs and intervene.
