Criteria:  An individual who demonstrates an outstanding commitment to fair, honest and ethical business practices. This person is a role model of reliability and trust for every LifeWays employee, our consumers, and the community: his or her demeanor demonstrates a true understanding of LifeWays’ values. Any staff member qualifies for this award. Anyone may submit nominations for any staff member.
