Criteria:  An individual who fosters or demonstrates the LifeWays mission through some of the following qualities:  efficient, innovative, cooperative, consistent, positive attitude, organized and volunteers assistance.  They are knowledgeable of the future of behavioral health care and champion changes in LifeWays consistent with the new visions.  Any supervisory staff member qualifies for this award and may be nominated by any staff member.
